The Korean Skincare Regimen – Masks

Afternoon my beauties, I was working on an art project but I started to lose focus. What better way to help me get back into the groove, than to talk about the next step in the regimen. Plus I’m feeling really good because I turned in my first essay yesterday and I think I did pretty good on it, or at least I’m hoping so. Lol!

Today we are going to talk about my favourite step…Masks! I love using masks, mainly because there are so many different types, they all have different benefits, & you can wear them everyday if you wanted to. Let’s jump right into it.

RECAP: There is 6 types of skincare masks. Clay, Peel-off, Warm Oil, Thermal, Cream, & Natural. All masks tend to have different benefits for your use.

Now you can diffidently use masks everyday. I recommend using sheet masks, which is a type of peel-off mask, for the your everyday mask.

As I’ve said before there are probably hundreds if not thousands of masks out there in the world. How would you choose the a mask for skincare regimen? It’s really based off your skin concern. From there you would just play around with the types of masks that cater to your skin concern. For example, if I was trying to brighten my skin and tighten my pores. I would use a type of Clay mask, I’ve been using the Sky & Sand clay mask for about 2 months now and I can tell that it works for those concerns. But if I was trying to brighten my skin and soothe irritation, I would use my bubble masks or cream masks. So lets get into products. I’ll base all products on types of concerns I had for my skin, since some concerns check my box.
