Prt 2 Of My Skincare Routine

Good afternoon my beauties,

I hope you all have had a good day so far. I totally forgot to tell you all I got an 3.0 GPA last semester. This semester I’m shooting for a 3.6 at least, a 3.8 at the highest. Since I’m trying to pledge next year! Yay!! Anyway, I about to go to class in a few so I decided that it would be a great time to continue the next part of my routine. So let us get straight to it

Which would be:

img_2189 I actually use both for my skin.

Clinique Clarifying Lotion 4 $24.50 USD for my size bottle or $15 USD for the smaller size or you can get at Ulta $15 USD

I love how this product makes my pores look after a couple of uses. 4 is for Oily Skin, the have the 1-4 system all for skin types. So you’ll know which products you should be looking at instead of having to read to see if the product with help your skin type. Love that! This lotion helps with my oil build up, especially around my forehead and nose.  Then we have:

Neogen Bio-Peel Gauze Peeling Lemon $27 USD

I love this product because it helps with my pigmentation, while also cleaning my pores. It’s not just a pad, it actually has a pouch where you put your fingers in for a grip. Then comes with two sides, a smooth side, and a rough textured side. Smells good and makes my skin will great afterwards! What’s not to love about it!

Now is my swap step. Depending on what mask I’m using for my routine depends on on the next step. So lets it to the wash away masks:

img_2190  I use all of these once or twice a week depending on what my skin is doing. My first one is the:

Aztec Secret – Indian Healing Clay $8.70-33 USD depending on size

I have to say I recently got into this mask and I can actually see a difference in acne. I use this most definitely when I’m having a intense routine day. This masks is great for people with acne problems and when I tell you this makes most if not all my acne go away after two-three days, I mean it. It works best with Apple Cider Vinegar, but you can use water. The only downside of this is the work it takes to get off and it can be a little painful when coming off as well. When I think of this mask, I get the Zombie mask feel from it. You can’t move your face, lol!

Sand&Sky Purifying Pink Clay Mask $49 USD

I know, I know! The instagram famous mask. But this mask really works! You will definitely see the difference in your skin after the first use. As you can tell most if not all my mask help with either tightening my pores or brighten my skin, and this mask does just that. It’s also a pain to get off, but not painfully getting off like the healing clay mask is.

Elizavecca Milky Piggy Carbonated Bubble Clay Mask $10.64 USD

I like this product for the experienced it and the way it makes my skin look afterwards. I usually let it foam twice before taking it off. Meaning after the five minutes are up, I smooth the bubbles down and let it rise up again for another three minutes. Now be careful of another Milky Piggy that is Chinese. That’s the wrong one! This Milky Piggy is Korean. Always look at the label to see if it’s in Korean or Chinese. The Chinese one broke me out really bad when I use it, so now I’m alway aware of the labels.

Lastly is the:

Butter Me Up – RoseGold Facial Mask $20 USD

This masks shimmers to the Gods, while making you feel like your doing a five star treatment!!!!! But it also helps with acne and discoloration or what I call my acne dark marks.

Next are the Toners:

img_2193So I have Day toner which is:

SON & PARK Beauty Water $30 USD

This baby works for when I’m about to beat my face! I love because it can be used as another exfoliator if I want.As you can see I use this baby a lot. I even take this with me when I go work out at my gym for wiping my sweat away! This product comes through!

My Night toner:

Klairs Supple Preparation Facial Toner $22 USD

This toner is especially for acne prone skin. When I’m having a intense routine day I use this as my Day & Night toner. Mainly because it helps when my skin gets irritated and starts swelling. Great product for acne!

For the end of this three part blog post is the Sheet Masks.

img_2191

I get all my sheet masks from either the monthly subscription from Facetory or on the Soko Glam sheet mask section. (Which I linked both)  Soko Glam has sheet masks that are dedicated for your type of skin concern. While Facetory gives you masks that you 90% of the time won’t find on Soko Glam. I use both because I like the themes that Facetory has everyone and you can never have too many sheet masks, plus I tend to use sheet masks one or twice a day. So Soko Glam give me the masks that help my skin concern and it super cheap. Got love that!

Well I’m off to class! See you all Thursday for the final steps in my skincare routine. Tell me how you liked the products if you tried them and if you haven’t, why not give one of them a chance. I hope you all have a rest of the day and can’t wait to hear from you all.

Hugs & Kisses

The World As I Know It

P.S. I didn’t forget about the big news I have to tell. So I finally got a DSLR camera, so guess what that means. Videos, videos, and more videos! I’m super excited to start vlogging my day and all the cool and unexpected places I go to. It’s going to be tiring but i love share my experiences and exploring new places with people. I do hope you all tune into that segment when I start it! Well that’s all folks!
